Place your feet on a physioball, starting in a push-up position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders and your feet shoulder-width apart.
Lift your hips in the air while keeping your legs straight. Lower your hips and return to the starting position.
Be sure to tighten your abs before you move your hipe to ensure you keep your core strong.
Repeat the movement for the specified amount of reps.
