How to BOSU Side Shuffle

Equipment: BOSU Ball
Trainer: Ashley Steele
Use a BOSU Trainer, speed box, or another platform. Stand with one foot placed on the BOSU, maintaining a slight bend in your knees.
Shuffle over the top of the BOSU Trainer in a lateral direction, land softly and drive your plant foot into the ground to propel your body back over the top of the BOSU Trainer to the other side as you rapidly reverse the movement.
Maximize the cardiovascular benefits of this exercise by pushing your body to the limit for the specified amount of time.
After you are finished with side shuffle intervals you should feel tired and short of breath with an elevated heart rate. Allow your heart rate to recover before beginning the next exercise.
