How to Seated Tricep Extension

Sit on a bench with feet on the floor. Grasp a dumbbell lowered behind your head.
Tighten the back of your arms to extend both elbows to pulling the dumbbell overhead. Pause, holding the up-position briefly. Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position. Pause, and continue the overhead tricep extensions for the specified amount of time.
You should feel this exercise challenging your arms and triceps.
