        How to Side Raise Hold

Steps:
- 
Stand holding a pair of dumbbells at your sides, with an overhand grip, and with your elbows slightly bent. 
- 
Lift the weights along an arc to the sides of your body, pausing at the top. Hold the position for the specified amount of time. 
- You should feel this working your arms, traps, and shoulder muscles.
